Cancellations, Refunds & Shipping

 

 

To ensure the safety of our customers and maintain our high hygiene standards, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept returns. Please note that all skincare and cosmetics products purchased from us are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you have any queries related to your order or products, please feel free to contact us at letters@shibelbeauty.com.


Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the item(s) and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly evaluate the issue and provide a replacement for the item(s) with a new product (same as the order). Please note that you must provide a copy of your receipt and email us at letters@shibelbeauty.com to report any issues. Additionally, please be aware that we require an unboxing video and images of the order to initiate a replacement. All issues must be reported within three days of receiving the product.


Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process any return or exchange requests.


Refunds

If you do not receive your product for any reason, please contact our team for a refund. If your refund request is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We reserve the right to process a refund within 15 days of receiving the return confirmation request for the item. The refund will be processed to the same card and by the same payment method used for the original payment. For COD orders, we will issue a gift card for the refund amount.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on letters@shibelbeauty.com.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

 

Shipping

Our goal at Shibel is to deliver your order within 4-5 business days. However, please be aware that delivery times may be longer, up to 7-10 business days, for certain regions due to location constraints. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible.
